Tension Tamer

In this 4.5 hour Tension Tamer online self-care series, you will learn somatic movements to relieve chronic tension in your body including your back, neck, shoulders & hips! Lessons are taught from both the floor and a chair to accommodate everyone. No experience is needed. Beginners are welcome!
