Time for YOU

We work hard all week.

We give to others.

Sometimes it feels like too much.

Worn down by fatigue and frustration.

Our self-care and relationships suffer.

We begin to question our purpose or self-worth.

It’s time to give to ourselves.

To care for ourselves.

And to empower ourselves.

REFRESH

Leave your busy week behind.

Come restore and renew your health and energy.

Experience deep relaxation and serenity.

Feel supported by two caring and experienced facilitators, your colleagues, who specialize in holistic well-being for healthcare professionals.

Enjoy a safe space for your renewal, growth, and belonging.

Enjoy a restored sense of calm, balance, purpose, and connection.

Experience a whole person approach to healing, health, and renewal.

Learn new practical skills and tools that will help sustain your well-being.

Leave this retreat feeling revitalized!

What happens here doesn't just stay here.

Come away with new insights, clarity and connections.

Take away tools to implement immediately in your daily life.

Live your best life with renewed joy and purpose.
