Hi, I’m Robyn Tiger, MD. I’m lead faculty and stress management subject matter expert for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and founder of StressFreeMD. 

 

Like many of my medical peers today, I experienced deep job satisfaction along with chronic stress after 15 years practicing Diagnostic Radiology. I found relief outside traditional western medicine through  yoga therapy, meditation and life coaching and went on to learn the scientific and medical reasons how our bodies and minds are changed by these methodologies.

 

My newfound knowledge was too important to keep all to myself. I became certified in yoga therapy, meditation and life coaching with specialty certification in trauma. 

 

With physician stress, anxiety, depression and burnout on the rise, and having personally lost 3 medical colleagues to suicide, I’m deeply passionate about sharing what I have learned with as many physicians as I can. I’m here to support you so that you too can relieve your stress, elevate your calm and live your best life!
